Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Thula, Alkmaar, 2017 by Bastiaan Woudt was sold in the Photographies auction at Christies in Paris in June 2021. It changed hands for a price of EUR 18,750.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Bastiaan Woudt - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Disk, Alkmaar, which sold at auction in November 2021 for GBP 60,480.00 (€ 71,009.21).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Thula, Alkmaar, 2017 von Bastiaan Woudt wurde im Juni 2021 in der Auktion Photographies bei Christies in Paris versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 18.750,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Bastiaan Woudt mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Disk, Alkmaar beobachtet, die im November 2021 für GBP 60.480,00 (€ 71.009,21) versteigert wurde.
