Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of EUR 1,299.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Baptiste Debombourg have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Aggravure XVI (Composition D'Apres Hendrik Goltzius 1558-1617) - 2012 in October 2014 with an auction result of EUR 6,500.00.
