Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Untitled (Bahar Blossom) by B. Prabha was auctioned at Christies in New York in March 2021. Here, the upper estimate of USD 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 8,750.00 (€ 7,451.25). Admittedly, works by B. Prabha have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in September 2006 with an auction result of USD 90,000.00 (€ 70,938.76).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Untitled (Bahar Blossom) von B. Prabha kam im März 2021 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 8.750,00 (€ 7.451,25) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von B. Prabha auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im September 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 90.000,00 (€ 70.938,76).
