Auction result well in line with expectations
The work 32 (From The Posters Series) - Ser Al Hariba by Ayman Yossri Daydban was auctioned at Sothebys in London in October 2019. The price achieved of GBP 4,750.00 (€ 5,509.66) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ayman Yossri Daydban - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Wasat Al Halaba (from the Subtitle Series), which sold at auction in April 2011 for USD 27,500.00 (€ 18,554.75).
