However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Axel Lindman - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Woman in the meadow, which sold at auction in October 2018 for SEK 70,000.00 (€ 6,751.68).

Die Arbeit Södermalm and Skeppsbron in moonlight von Axel Lindman kam im Juni letzten Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von SEK 34.000,00 (€ 3.140,51) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 70%. Für andere Arbeiten von Axel Lindman mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Woman in the meadow beobachtet, die im Oktober 2018 für SEK 70.000,00 (€ 6.751,68) versteigert wurde.
