Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In February 2002 Christies in London held the auction BRITISH AND CONTINENTAL PICTURES, which included the work Spoon-feeding the baby by Aurelio Zingoni. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 800.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 822.50 (€ 1,342.24). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Aurelio Zingoni achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Die Polenta-Mahlzeit. in May 2008 with an auction result of EUR 13,750.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Februar 2002 führte Christies in London die Auktion BRITISH AND CONTINENTAL PICTURES durch, in der auch die Arbeit Spoon-feeding the baby von Aurelio Zingoni zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 800,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 822,50 (€ 1.342,24) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Aurelio Zingoni erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Die Polenta-Mahlzeit. im Mai 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 13.750,00.
