Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2003 Christies in London held the auction 19th Century European Art including Orientalist Pictures, which included the work A country market by Aurelio Tiratelli. The price achieved of GBP 17,625.00 (€ 25,328.08) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Other works by Aurelio Tiratelli have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2004 the work The Village Procession was auctioned for USD 89,625.00 (€ 45,379.75).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 17.625,00 (€ 25.328,08) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 15.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben worden.
