In November 2019 Il Ponte held the auction Dipinti e Sculture Del XIX e XX Secolo, which included the work Verona, Piazza delle Erbe by Aurelio Craffonara. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 800.00 60% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Aurelio Craffonara; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Paesaggio montano con baite e chiesetta sold at auction in November 2013 with the realized price of EUR 1,000.00.

Im November 2019 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Dipinti e Sculture Del XIX e XX Secolo durch, in der auch die Arbeit Verona, Piazza delle Erbe von Aurelio Craffonara zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 800,00 und damit 60% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Aurelio Craffonara; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Paesaggio montano con baite e chiesetta im November 2013 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 1.000,00.
