Auction result misses estimated price range
In October last year a collector was able to acquire this work without title by Auke de Vries for EUR 882.00. This price was achieved in the auction Made in Holland at Christies in Amsterdam and was even below the estimate range of EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Auke de Vries have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Dutch Untitled in March 2010 with an auction result of EUR 6,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober letzten Jahres konnte ein Sammler diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Auke de Vries für EUR 882,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Made in Holland bei Christies in Amsterdam erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Auke de Vries auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Dutch Untitled im März 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 6.000,00.
