A top price for Auguste Baud-Bovy - as previously expected
The work Paysage De Port-Tunnel by Auguste Baud-Bovy was sold in the Swiss Art / Swiss Made auction at Sothebys in Zurich in June 2017. The price achieved of CHF 52,500.00 (€ 47,995.79) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CHF 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Paysage De Port-Tunnel is the most expensive artwork by Auguste Baud-Bovy that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Paysage De Port-Tunnel von Auguste Baud-Bovy wurde im Juni 2017 in der Auktion Swiss Art / Swiss Made bei Sothebys in Zürich versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von CHF 52.500,00 (€ 47.995,79) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CHF 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Paysage De Port-Tunnel das teuerste Kunstwerk von Auguste Baud-Bovy, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
