Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2010 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Modern and Contemporary Southeast Asian Paintings, which included the work The Morning Calm – 2 / Good Evening by Attasit Aniwatchon. It changed hands for a price of HKD 87,500.00 (€ 8,124.01) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 70,000.00 – 90,000.00. Other works by Attasit Aniwatchon have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2015 the work The Party was auctioned for HKD 75,000.00 (€ 8,800.25).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2010 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Southeast Asian Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Morning Calm – 2 / Good Evening von Attasit Aniwatchon zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 87.500,00 (€ 8.124,01) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 70.000,00 – 90.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Attasit Aniwatchon konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2015 die Arbeit The Party für HKD 75.000,00 (€ 8.800,25) versteigert.
