Auction result well in line with expectations
The work No. 25 by Atsuko Tanaka was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2019. The price achieved of HKD 200,000.00 (€ 23,196.30) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 160,000.00 – 260,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Atsuko Tanaka achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Work in April 2017 with an auction result of HKD 12,700,000.00 (€ 1,499,054.61).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit No. 25 von Atsuko Tanaka kam im November 2019 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 200.000,00 (€ 23.196,30) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 160.000,00 – 260.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Atsuko Tanaka erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Work im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 12.700.000,00 (€ 1.499.054,61).
