In October this year Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Böttiger Collection H067, which included the work "May Monday" by Astrid Sylwan. The »bidding war« ended at SEK 60,000.00 (€ 5,081.38), 50% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Astrid Sylwan; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot without title sold at auction in April 2021 with the realized price of SEK 100,000.00 (€ 9,833.75).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 50 % übertroffen
Im Oktober diesen Jahres führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Böttiger Collection H067 durch, in der auch die Arbeit "May Monday" von Astrid Sylwan zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von SEK 60.000,00 (€ 5.081,38) und damit 50% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Astrid Sylwan; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit ohne Titel im April 2021 mit dem Hammerpreis von SEK 100.000,00 (€ 9.833,75).
