Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Tree of Life by Asiru Olatunde was auctioned at Bonhams in London in April 2021. It achieved a price of GBP 1,211.25 (€ 1,393.29), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 21%. Admittedly, works by Asiru Olatunde have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Osogbo Panel in August last year with an auction result of GBP 5,737.50 (€ 6,639.31).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Tree of Life von Asiru Olatunde kam im April 2021 bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 1.211,25 (€ 1.393,29) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 21%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Asiru Olatunde auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Osogbo Panel im August letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 5.737,50 (€ 6.639,31).
