This artwork by Ascan Lutteroth achieved an unexpectedly high price at VAN HAM in November 2016. In the Alte Kunst auction, the work Gesellschaft am Bootsteg sold for EUR 1,419.00 - well above the estimate of EUR 800.00. Admittedly, works by Ascan Lutteroth have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Roma, l'Appia Antica alla tomba di Cecilia Metella, 1876; e Roma, il Convento di San Bonaventura al Palatino in December 2003 with an auction result of EUR 6,200.00.
Schätzpreis um 77 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Ascan Lutteroth erzielte im November 2016 bei VAN HAM einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Alte Kunst wurde die Arbeit Gesellschaft am Bootsteg für EUR 1.419,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem Schätzpreis von EUR 800,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ascan Lutteroth auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Roma, l'Appia Antica alla tomba di Cecilia Metella, 1876; e Roma, il Convento di San Bonaventura al Palatino im Dezember 2003 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 6.200,00.
