Here, the upper estimate of ITL 40,000,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for ITL 42,300,000.00 (€ 38,923.40). With this result, Paese di San Lorenzo is even the most expensive work of art by Arturo Tosi that we have observed at auctions so far.
