However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Arthur Henry Knighton Hammond - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Sunbathing beside a river; and Resting beside the lake, which sold at auction in January 2007 for GBP 1,440.00 (€ 2,172.63).
