Sold at the upper estimate price
The work Toward Absolute Symmetry by Arslan Sukan was sold in the Contemporary Art/ Turkish auction at Sothebys in London in April 2011. The auction ended at the price of GBP 4,000.00 (€ 4,504.69), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Other works by Arslan Sukan have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2012 the work Shifted Memories was auctioned for GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,599.27).

Die Arbeit Toward Absolute Symmetry von Arslan Sukan wurde im April 2011 in der Auktion Contemporary Art/ Turkish bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 4.000,00 (€ 4.504,69) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Arslan Sukan konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2012 die Arbeit Shifted Memories für GBP 3.750,00 (€ 4.599,27) versteigert.
