Auction result well in line with expectations
The work On an Iceland Fishing Boat by Armin Hansen was sold in the California Art auction at Bonhams in Los Angeles in August 2021. The price achieved of USD 81,562.50 (€ 69,120.76) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 70,000.00 – 90,000.00. Admittedly, works by Armin Hansen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Decoration in September 2015 with an auction result of USD 509,000.00 (€ 456,011.47).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit On an Iceland Fishing Boat von Armin Hansen wurde im August 2021 in der Auktion California Art bei Bonhams in Los Angeles versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 81.562,50 (€ 69.120,76) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 70.000,00 – 90.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Armin Hansen auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Decoration im September 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 509.000,00 (€ 456.011,47).
