Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Fish in Sight and Landscape (a double-sided work) by Armin Hansen was sold in the California Art auction at Bonhams in Los Angeles in April last year. The price achieved of USD 25,500.00 (€ 24,200.44) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Armin Hansen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Decoration in September 2015 with an auction result of USD 509,000.00 (€ 456,011.47).

Die Arbeit Fish in Sight and Landscape (a double-sided work) von Armin Hansen wurde im April letzten Jahres in der Auktion California Art bei Bonhams in Los Angeles versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 25.500,00 (€ 24.200,44) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Armin Hansen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Decoration im September 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 509.000,00 (€ 456.011,47).
