Auction result well in line with expectations
The work „...as the water come rushing over...“. by Armin Boehm was auctioned at Grisebach in October 2021. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 6,000.00 – 8,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 6,250.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Armin Boehm - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "untitled - (Soul)"., which sold at auction in June last year for EUR 12,644.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit „...as the water come rushing over...“. von Armin Boehm kam im Oktober 2021 bei Grisebach zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 6.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 6.250,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Für andere Arbeiten von Armin Boehm mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "untitled - (Soul)". beobachtet, die im Juni letzten Jahres für EUR 12.644,00 versteigert wurde.
