Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2015 Phillips in New York held the auction Latin America, which included the work Desnudo by Armando Reverón. The price achieved of USD 545,000.00 (€ 495,724.94) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 400,000.00 – 600,000.00. Other works by Armando Reverón have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2012 the work Desnudo Detrás De La Mantilla was auctioned for USD 872,500.00 (€ 705,677.77).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2015 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Latin America durch, in der auch die Arbeit Desnudo von Armando Reverón zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 545.000,00 (€ 495.724,94) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 400.000,00 – 600.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Armando Reverón konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2012 die Arbeit Desnudo Detrás De La Mantilla für USD 872.500,00 (€ 705.677,77) versteigert.
