In November 2018 Sothebys in London held the auction 20th Century Art – A Different Perspective, which included the work Hungarian houses by Armand Schönberger. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 25,000.00 (€ 28,199.24), 67% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Armand Schönberger; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Nude Composition sold at auction in February 2014 with the realized price of GBP 40,000.00 (€ 48,529.62).

Im November 2018 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion 20th Century Art – A Different Perspective durch, in der auch die Arbeit Hungarian houses von Armand Schönberger zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 25.000,00 (€ 28.199,24) und damit 67% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Armand Schönberger; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Nude Composition im Februar 2014 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 40.000,00 (€ 48.529,62).
