Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2020 Bonhams in London held the auction Modern & Contemporary African Art Online sale, which included the work Untitled (2015) by Armand Boua. The price achieved of GBP 2,550.00 (€ 2,846.66) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Armand Boua have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled, 2016 in March 2019 with an auction result of GBP 21,312.00 (€ 24,736.19).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2020 führte Bonhams in London die Auktion Modern & Contemporary African Art Online sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled (2015) von Armand Boua zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.550,00 (€ 2.846,66) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Armand Boua auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled, 2016 im März 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 21.312,00 (€ 24.736,19).
