Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sign by Arie Aroch was auctioned at Christies in Tel Aviv in October 2003. The price achieved of USD 47,800.00 (€ 41,174.95) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Arie Aroch - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in December 2018 for USD 118,750.00 (€ 103,657.47).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sign von Arie Aroch kam im Oktober 2003 bei Christies in Tel Aviv zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 47.800,00 (€ 41.174,95) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Arie Aroch mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im Dezember 2018 für USD 118.750,00 (€ 103.657,47) versteigert wurde.
