Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2008 Christies in Milan held the auction Post War and Contemporary Art, which included the work Paesaggio by Ardengo Soffici. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 24,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 24,770.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ardengo Soffici - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Case di Bulciano, which sold at auction in May 2010 for EUR 89,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2008 führte Christies in Mailand die Auktion Post War and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Paesaggio von Ardengo Soffici zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 24.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 24.770,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Ardengo Soffici mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Case di Bulciano beobachtet, die im Mai 2010 für EUR 89.000,00 versteigert wurde.
