Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2016 a collector was able to acquire the work Monumenti di Poggio a Caiano by Ardengo Soffici for EUR 1,700.00. This price was achieved in the auction Arte Moderna e Contemporanea at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 1,800.00 – 2,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ardengo Soffici achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Case di Bulciano in May 2010 with an auction result of EUR 89,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni 2016 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Monumenti di Poggio a Caiano von Ardengo Soffici für EUR 1.700,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.800,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ardengo Soffici erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Case di Bulciano im Mai 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 89.000,00.
