Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2008 Christies in Milan held the auction Post War and Contemporary, which included the work Case nuove by Ardengo Soffici. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 18,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 20,150.00. Admittedly, works by Ardengo Soffici have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Case di Bulciano in May 2010 with an auction result of EUR 89,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2008 führte Christies in Mailand die Auktion Post War and Contemporary durch, in der auch die Arbeit Case nuove von Ardengo Soffici zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 18.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 20.150,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ardengo Soffici auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Case di Bulciano im Mai 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 89.000,00.
