The work Campagna toscana by Ardengo Soffici was sold in the Contemporary and Modern Art auction at Christies in Milan in November 2010. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 22,500.00 25% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ardengo Soffici - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Case di Bulciano, which sold at auction in May 2010 for EUR 89,000.00.

Die Arbeit Campagna toscana von Ardengo Soffici wurde im November 2010 in der Auktion Contemporary and Modern Art bei Christies in Mailand versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 22.500,00 und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Ardengo Soffici mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Case di Bulciano beobachtet, die im Mai 2010 für EUR 89.000,00 versteigert wurde.
