This artwork by Arcangelo Ianelli achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in New York in November 2007. In the Latin American Sale Day Session auction, the work without title sold for USD 43,000.00 (€ 29,275.60) - well above the upper estimate of USD 20,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Arcangelo Ianelli - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Tensão, which sold at auction in May 2013 for USD 81,250.00 (€ 62,557.75).

In der Auktion Latin American Sale Day Session wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für USD 43.000,00 (€ 29.275,60) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 20.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Arcangelo Ianelli mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Tensão beobachtet, die im Mai 2013 für USD 81.250,00 (€ 62.557,75) versteigert wurde.
