Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Arcangelo Ianelli could be acquired at Christies in New York in March this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Latin American Art Online auction, this work without title changed hands for USD 10,710.00 (€ 9,850.99) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 18,000.00 – 22,000.00. Admittedly, works by Arcangelo Ianelli have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Tensão in May 2013 with an auction result of USD 81,250.00 (€ 62,557.75).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Arcangelo Ianelli konnte im März diesen Jahres bei Christies in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Latin American Art Online wechselte diese Arbeit ohne Titel für USD 10.710,00 (€ 9.850,99) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 18.000,00 – 22.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Arcangelo Ianelli auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Tensão im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 81.250,00 (€ 62.557,75).
