In November 2009 Sothebys in London held the auction The Greek Sale, which included the work Greek Feeding The Birds by Apostolos Geralis. The auction ended at the price of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 21,887.42), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Apostolos Geralis - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Greek Young Girl By The Window, which sold at auction in November 2007 for GBP 34,100.00 (€ 47,748.82).

Im November 2009 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion The Greek Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Greek Feeding The Birds von Apostolos Geralis zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 20.000,00 (€ 21.887,42) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 15.000,00 – 20.000,00.
