Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2015 a collector was able to acquire the work Figura femminile con incudine e martello by Antonio Pandiani for EUR 300.00. This price was achieved in the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 350.00 – 400.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Antonio Pandiani achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work An Interior Scene With Two Women Whispering And A Gentleman in January 2016 with an auction result of USD 12,500.00 (€ 11,539.88).
