This work of art by Antonio Ermolao Paoletti could be acquired at Il Ponte in April 2015 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo auction, the work La signora in gondola con Venezia sullo sfondo changed hands for EUR 5,500.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 7,500.00 – 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Antonio Ermolao Paoletti have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Young Merchant in May 2001 with an auction result of USD 44,650.00 (€ 52,808.99).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Antonio Ermolao Paoletti konnte im April 2015 bei Il Ponte für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo wechselte die Arbeit La signora in gondola con Venezia sullo sfondo für EUR 5.500,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 7.500,00 – 8.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Antonio Ermolao Paoletti auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Young Merchant im Mai 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 44.650,00 (€ 52.808,99).
