In the XIX and XX Century Paintings auction, the work Gondole con Venezia sullo sfondo changed hands for EUR 400.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 500.00 – 550.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Antonio Ermolao Paoletti achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Young Merchant in May 2001 with an auction result of USD 44,650.00 (€ 52,808.99).
