Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2010 Sothebys in Milan held the auction Important Old Master Paintings, which included the work Paesaggio Con Contadini Lungo Un Fiume by Antonio Diziani. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 20,000.00 – 30,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 22,350.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Antonio Diziani - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Paesaggi Con Figure Lungo Un Fiume, which sold at auction in June 2011 for EUR 72,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2010 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion Important Old Master Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Paesaggio Con Contadini Lungo Un Fiume von Antonio Diziani zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 22.350,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Für andere Arbeiten von Antonio Diziani mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Paesaggi Con Figure Lungo Un Fiume beobachtet, die im Juni 2011 für EUR 72.750,00 versteigert wurde.
