Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2007 Sothebys in Olympia held the auction Old Master Paintings, which included the work The Penitent Magdalene by Antonio Cavallucci. It changed hands for a price of GBP 3,840.00 (€ 5,622.25) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Other works by Antonio Cavallucci have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2015 the work Tête d'enfant was auctioned for EUR 9,375.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2007 führte Sothebys in Olympia die Auktion Old Master Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Penitent Magdalene von Antonio Cavallucci zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 3.840,00 (€ 5.622,25) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Antonio Cavallucci konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im März 2015 die Arbeit Tête d'enfant für EUR 9.375,00 versteigert.
