Auction result misses estimated price range
In May last year a collector was able to acquire the work Tête D'Enfant by Antonio Cavallucci for EUR 2,142.00. This price was achieved in the auction Maîtres Anciens - Dessins, Peintures, Sculptures at Christies in Paris and was even below the estimate range of EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Antonio Cavallucci have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Tête d'enfant in March 2015 with an auction result of EUR 9,375.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai letzten Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Tête D'Enfant von Antonio Cavallucci für EUR 2.142,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Maîtres Anciens - Dessins, Peintures, Sculptures bei Christies in Paris erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Antonio Cavallucci auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Tête d'enfant im März 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 9.375,00.
