The »bidding war« ended at GBP 4,096.00 (€ 4,746.37), 37% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Antonietta Brandeis achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Venice: A View of the Piazza San Marco in January 2021 with an auction result of USD 441,000.00 (€ 363,411.62).

Die Arbeit Church of Saint Mary of the Rosary 'Gesuati', Venice von Antonietta Brandeis wurde im November diesen Jahres in der Auktion British and European Art bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 4.096,00 (€ 4.746,37) und damit 37% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Antonietta Brandeis erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Venice: A View of the Piazza San Marco im Januar 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 441.000,00 (€ 363.411,62).
