Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Geometrische Figur. 1922. by Antonia Fedorovna Sofronova was auctioned at Koller in June 2009. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of CHF 3,000.00 – 6,000.00, the actual price achieved of CHF 3,600.00 (€ 2,362.85) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Antonia Fedorovna Sofronova have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Constructivist Composition in November 2016 with an auction result of GBP 8,750.00 (€ 10,324.14).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Geometrische Figur. 1922. von Antonia Fedorovna Sofronova kam im Juni 2009 bei Koller zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von CHF 3.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von CHF 3.600,00 (€ 2.362,85) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Antonia Fedorovna Sofronova auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Constructivist Composition im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 8.750,00 (€ 10.324,14).
