Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Anton Stankowski was sold in the Art after 45 | ONLINE ONLY auction at VAN HAM in Cologne in February 2021. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 800.00 – 1,200.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 839.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anton Stankowski achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Horizont tief in June 2021 with an auction result of EUR 30,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Anton Stankowski wurde im Februar 2021 in der Auktion Art after 45 | ONLINE ONLY bei VAN HAM in Köln versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 839,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Anton Stankowski erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Horizont tief im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 30.000,00.
