Auction result misses estimated price range
In December this year a collector was able to acquire the work Untitled, 1960 by Anton Rooskens for DKK 340,000.00 (€ 45,612.01). This price was achieved in the auction CoBrA at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 400,000.00 – 500,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Anton Rooskens - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in June 2008 for EUR 103,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Untitled, 1960 von Anton Rooskens für DKK 340.000,00 (€ 45.612,01) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion CoBrA bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 400.000,00 – 500.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Anton Rooskens mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im Juni 2008 für EUR 103.000,00 versteigert wurde.
