The price achieved of GBP 25,000.00 (€ 30,084.15) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Other works by Anton Romako have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2010 the work Austrian ungarischer Bauernhof (Hungarian Farm) was auctioned for GBP 49,250.00 (€ 59,892.58).
