Auction result misses estimated price range
In November last year a collector was able to acquire this work without title by Anton Henning for EUR 5,040.00. This price was achieved in the auction 20th/21st Century: Amsterdam at Christies in Amsterdam and was even below the estimate range of EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anton Henning achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Spiel im Gegenlicht No. 2 in October 2006 with an auction result of GBP 54,000.00 (€ 80,680.81).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November letzten Jahres konnte ein Sammler diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Anton Henning für EUR 5.040,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion 20th/21st Century: Amsterdam bei Christies in Amsterdam erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Anton Henning erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Spiel im Gegenlicht No. 2 im Oktober 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 54.000,00 (€ 80.680,81).
