Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Peaches, Plums And Apples In A Glass Bowl By Peaches On A Marble Ledge by Anton Hartinger was sold in the 19th Century European Art Including Orientalist Art auction at Christies in London in January 2014. The price achieved of GBP 6,250.00 (€ 7,615.74) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anton Hartinger achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Roses, morning glory, an iris and other flowers in a sculpted urn with grapes and a pomegranate on a partly-draped ledge in July 2002 with an auction result of GBP 171,650.00 (€ 273,788.41).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Peaches, Plums And Apples In A Glass Bowl By Peaches On A Marble Ledge von Anton Hartinger wurde im Januar 2014 in der Auktion 19th Century European Art Including Orientalist Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Roses, morning glory, an iris and other flowers in a sculpted urn with grapes and a pomegranate on a partly-draped ledge im Juli 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 171.650,00 (€ 273.788,41).
