Upper estimate price exceeded by 58 %.
In December 2019 Christies in Paris held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art vente du jour, which included the work Sans titre by Antoine Pevsner. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 4,750.00 58% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Antoine Pevsner achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Deux cônes dans un même plan in February 2018 with an auction result of GBP 788,750.00 (€ 891,001.35).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 58 % übertroffen
Im Dezember 2019 führte Christies in Paris die Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art vente du jour durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans titre von Antoine Pevsner zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 4.750,00 und damit 58% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Antoine Pevsner erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Deux cônes dans un même plan im Februar 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 788.750,00 (€ 891.001,35).
