Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Paysage D'Automne, 1955 by Antoine Irisse was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in July 2010. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 1,020.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Antoine Irisse have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Atelier du tailleur unframed in March 2021 with an auction result of GBP 7,650.00 (€ 8,986.78).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Paysage D'Automne, 1955 von Antoine Irisse kam im Juli 2010 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 1.020,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Antoine Irisse auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Atelier du tailleur unframed im März 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 7.650,00 (€ 8.986,78).
