The work The flowering cactus by Annie Feray Mutrie was sold in the Victorian, Pre-Raphaelite and British Impressionist Art auction at Christies in London in July 2017. It achieved a price of GBP 9,375.00 (€ 10,461.06), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 56%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Annie Feray Mutrie; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Margaret's Corner sold at auction in March 2001 with the realized price of GBP 10,575.00 (€ 17,063.82).

Die Arbeit The flowering cactus von Annie Feray Mutrie wurde im Juli 2017 in der Auktion Victorian, Pre-Raphaelite and British Impressionist Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 9.375,00 (€ 10.461,06) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 56%. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Annie Feray Mutrie; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Margaret's Corner im März 2001 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 10.575,00 (€ 17.063,82).
