Auction result misses estimated price range
In June this year a collector was able to acquire the work Susanna e i vecchi by Annibale Scaroni for EUR 1,000.00. This price was achieved in the auction 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 1,200.00 – 1,300.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Annibale Scaroni - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work La veste orientale, which sold at auction in June this year for EUR 3,800.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Susanna e i vecchi von Annibale Scaroni für EUR 1.000,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.200,00 – 1.300,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Annibale Scaroni mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit La veste orientale beobachtet, die im Juni diesen Jahres für EUR 3.800,00 versteigert wurde.
