In February 2013 Christies in New York held the auction American Art, which included the work 'Descending Panther' by Anna Hyatt Huntington. The result of USD 6,000.00 (€ 4,587.51) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anna Hyatt Huntington achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Diana Of The Chase in November 2017 with an auction result of USD 225,000.00 (€ 189,107.41).
